About the Role

Step into a varied admin role supporting emergency, inpatient and ward teams. You’ll keep services running smoothly, balance workloads, and work closely with clinical teams to support safe, timely patient care.

• Cover admin roles across ED, wards and business support
• Coordinate daily admin workloads and priorities
• Manage patient records, data and enquiries
• Liaise with nursing, clinical teams and patients
• Ensure accurate, timely admin support

About You

You’re a confident, adaptable administrator who thrives in busy healthcare settings and enjoys supporting teams to deliver great patient care.

• Clear written and verbal communication across diverse teams
• Strong workload planning, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines
• Confident work solo or in team, calm under pressure
• Health admin experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Sound admin knowledge, customer focus, respect confidentiality
