We're looking for a Creative Copywriter & Agentic Content Lead to help shape how Zurich connects with customers across every stage of their journey and build our agentic content strategy and governance. Sitting within our Marketing Chapter and supporting our whole enterprise, you'll play a key role in helping customers better understand their cover, build confidence in their decisions, and stay engaged with the products that protect what matters most.

This is a unique opportunity to combine exceptional copywriting with emerging AI capability. You'll create compelling customer communications while helping Zurich scale high-quality content through agentic AI, ensuring every interaction remains clear, compliant, human, and distinctly Zurich. As we continue our digital transformation, you'll help define what great customer communication looks like in an AI-enabled future.
