Midsumma is Australia’s leading LGBTQIA+ arts and cultural organisation, delivering year-round programs and the iconic Midsumma Festival. We’re seeking a passionate Philanthropic Development Coordinator to help grow the philanthropic support that enables our work to thrive.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising, the CEO and Board, you’ll build relationships with trusts, foundations and major donors, identify funding opportunities, write compelling grant applications and proposals, coordinate donor stewardship, and support the delivery of Midsumma’s fundraising strategy.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in philanthropy, fundraising or grant writing who is highly organised, an excellent communicator, and passionate about creating social impact through arts and culture.
