About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join Mr Roses in a Customer Service/Sales/Courier allocation position on a casual basis. This role is based in Alexandria NSW 2015 and offers the flexibility of casual work whilst being part of a dynamic team. You will play a vital role in supporting our operations by managing customer interactions, assisting with sales activities, and coordinating courier allocation to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. This position is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

• Providing accurate product and service information to customers to support their purchasing decisions

• Processing customer orders and transactions efficiently and accurately

• Assisting with sales support activities to drive customer satisfaction and business growth

• Coordinating courier allocation and managing delivery logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

• Resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally

• Contributing to team targets and performance objectives

• Supporting the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers at all levels

• Customer service experience, preferably in a call centre, sales, or similar fast-paced environment

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and effectively

• Proficiency with computer systems and customer management software

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support team members

• Reliability and flexibility to work casual hours as required by the business

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and information

• Sales experience or aptitude for identifying customer needs and driving sales opportunities
