HR Clerk – Join Our Team at Camco Engineering!

Location: Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia

Camco Engineering, a premier mechanical engineering company and employer of choice, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Time HR Clerk to support our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administration and clerical support to our HR team.

• Maintain an up-to-date filing and archiving system.

• Support Payroll Administration tasks and ensure compliance with AS-4811-2006.

• Handle HR and Payroll-based document control.

• Distribute and create policy and procedural documents.

• Provide customer service to our valued employees and act as a point of contact.

• Update and enter data into ERMS and maintain HR team calendars.

• Arrange meetings, set appointments, and compile reports/spreadsheets.

• Complete audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

To be successful, you will have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent data entry skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A professional and well-presented demeanor.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

• The ability to take initiative and work effectively as part of a team.

• Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).

• Own transport, as our location is not well-serviced by public transport.
