About The Role

As a Support Worker your role will be to assist a diverse range of clients including aged and high needs clients with activities of daily living and providing services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite Care, Transport, Meal Preparation, Medication Administration and Personal Care at their home and in the community.

About You

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable)Current and valid Driver’s Licence, Comprehensively insured, reliable motor vehicle and smart mobile phoneCapacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourselfEffective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to work independently and effectively manage timeProficiency in use of technology such as smart phone, email and internetA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
