Up to $145,000! Audiologist/Audiometrist - Cairns Earlville & Smithfield, QLD

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams. 

In this role, you’ll work across two Specsavers Audiology locations in Cairns Earlville and Cairns Smithfield, giving you variety in your week and the opportunity to play a vital role in expanding quality hearing care to the local communities.  

Working with an experienced store partner and dedicated retail team, this position offers the opportunity to work Full Time, supporting a healthy balance between your professional and personal life. If Part Time suits your lifestyle better, we’d still love to hear from you. 
 
We’re offering a competitive salary of $100,000–$115,000 plus Superannuation, along with up to $30,000 annually in performance bonuses to recognise your contribution and reward your hard work.

Skills & Experience 
 
In addition to your Qualified Practitioner number, the successful candidate will possess; 

• Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids 

• Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team 

• Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
