What you’ll be doing

• Supporting children with developmental concerns through a key worker approach.
• Working in partnership with families to build their capacity and celebrate every milestone.
• Working alongside community settings to promote and support meaningful participation in age-appropriate activities and experiences, with a focus on inclusion.
• Providing capacity-building support to preschools as part of the Preschool Boost Program.
• Enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with time split between our hubs, community settings and home-based administration.

What you’ll bring

• A degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• A genuine commitment to supporting children and families.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach to practice.
• A current Driver’s Licence.
• Confidence working in community-based settings where therapy matters most.
