We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technician – Team Leader to join our crew in Airlie Beach.

And before you picture yourself swapping the service ute for an office chair...

Don’t.

This is a hands-on role.

You’ll still be fault-finding, handling breakdowns, running service and maintenance work and getting involved in projects.

You’ll work alongside the Branch Manager to help plan the work, coordinate the crew, keep jobs moving and provide technical leadership to our technicians and apprentices.

Basically...

Know your trade, back your crew, keep the jobs moving, help the younger techs get better.

We’re looking for someone with good judgement, strong technical skills and the ability to balance people, jobs, customers, quality and productivity.
