The Role

This is an office-based position with an immediate start available. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing and supporting payroll compliance across the business.

• Processing weekly payroll accurately and on time

• Maintaining employee payroll records, including onboarding and terminations

• Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and employment contracts

• Managing leave, reimbursements, allowances, and deductions

• Responding to payroll queries from employees and management in a timely manner

• Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

• Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits

• Supporting system improvements and continuous payroll process efficiencies

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with Employment Hero or Sprintsuite (highly regarded)

• Solid understanding of payroll processes

• Good Excel skills and confidence with digital platforms

• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
