Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, operating, and dismantling audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, and presentations, ensuring all systems function properly and deliver high-quality sound and visuals. The technician will configure and support video conferencing systems, adjust lighting and projector settings, and monitor AV performance throughout events. This role also involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly, coordinating with event staff and clients, and maintaining equipment inventory and documentation to ensure readiness for upcoming events.Qualifications Ability to work with Audio Visual (AV) Systems, including setup, configuration, and operation.Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues under time constraints.Experience configuring and supporting Video Conferencing platforms and related hardware.Knowledge of Lighting and Projectors, including focusing, alignment, and basic programming or control.Relevant experience in event production, live sound, or AV support; formal training or certification in AV technology or related fields is an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced event environments.Good communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, venue staff, and other technical team members.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
