can sponsor on training or 482 visa Task & responsibilities   Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching. Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. Ensure proper color mixing and application techniques for uniform results.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines. erecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splattering liaising with supervisors Qualification & experience   Proven experience as a Painter (minimum 2 years preferred).

Proficiency with painting tools, equipment, and materials. EWP Working at Heights White card Knowledge of different painting techniques and finishes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
