Kitchen Specialist

About the role:



As a Kitchen Specialist, you'll provide the best experience for all our customers kitchen and bathroom needs. From giving advice on fixtures and fittings to full design, order and installation projects, you'll play a key part in making our customers projects transform into real-life results.


We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.45 per hour for this role.



What's involved:

• Provide exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, preferences and budget
• Guide customers to suitable design services and produce quotes
• Stock management, keeping up to date on newly featured products whilst ensuring a clean and tidy work environment
• Generate sales and managing on-going orders
• Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team who are making a difference and have fun along the way

Who we're looking for:



We're on the lookout for a team member who is passionate about interiors, design, DIY or residential construction and loves variety in their day-to-day work. Experience in the industry is always a plus, however we will give you all the training you'll need and show you so that you are fully equipped to turn our customer's dream kitchens into a reality.

Description
The Kitchen Specialist helps customers bring their kitchen and bathroom plans to life by combining expert product knowledge with a strong focus on sales and service. You guide customers through their projects, offering practical advice and solutions that make the process simple and enjoyable-always aiming to turn ideas into real results.

Purpose
Create a great experience for customers while driving sales growth. By understanding needs and budgets, recommending the right products and services, and following through on every detail, you help customers feel confident and keep projects moving from first conversation to final order.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their project goals, needs and budget.
- Proactively generate sales by recommending complete solutions and asking for the order.
- Provide advice on products, layouts, finishes and installation options.
- Prepare accurate plans and quotes using available tools and templates.
- Follow up on quotes and manage orders through to completion, keeping customers informed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and installers to keep projects on track.
- Keep displays tidy and up to date so customers can see what's possible.
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, trends and compliance requirements.
