Transport + Warehouse Adminstrator

Karras Cold Logistics, now proudly part of NewCold, is a leading provider of integrated refrigerated transport, cold storage and logistics services across Australia.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Transport Administrator to join our Operations team in Kewdale WA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a reputable and stable organisation.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where no two days are the same. Working Monday to Friday from 5:00am to 1:06pm, you will play a key role in supporting our transport operations, ensuring freight is coordinated efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our customers and drivers.

• Operating a forklift (loading and unloading where required)

• Preparing driver paperwork for interstate and local distribution

• Coordinating transport time slot bookings

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Conducting driver runsheet debriefs

• Maintaining accurate data within Paperless WMS and Bustle TMS

• Supporting the day-to-day transport operations team

• Assisting with general administrative and operational tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Forklift Licence (essential)

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• The ability to multitask and remain organised in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to develop your career within the logistics industry
