About the Role

This is not your average plumbing job. We're looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Plumber who is confident in quoting, converting jobs, and scoping work. As well as completed jobs on time and on budget.

What You Will Be Doing

• Residential maintenance plumbing: Fixing leaks, blocked drains, hot water systems, roof & gutter repairs, and more.

• Quoting & Job Conversion: Assess jobs, prepare quotes, and convert jobs confidently.

• Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and solve their problems.

• Scheduling & Job Management: Use software to prepare for jobs, track progress, and scope future work.
  

What We're Looking For

• Registered Plumber (VBA registered) with 10+ years of residential maintenance experience - Can effectively identify and resolve plumbing issues.

• Quoting & sales experience (2-3 years) – must be able to confidently price jobs and convert customers.

• Strong communication skills – must be able to explain plumbing issues and solutions to customers.

• Proficiency in job management software – experience with using tech/software to scope work, provide quotes to clients and manage jobs.

• Age 27-37 preferred, but open to the right candidate with the right experience

• Full driver's license & Australian work rights.
