Bendcraft Products is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Dispatch Operator to join our growing team in Albury.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and accurate preparation, storage and dispatch of products while supporting the daily operations of our manufacturing facility.

About the Role

As our Warehouse & Dispatch Operator, you will play an important hands-on role in ensuring customer orders are prepared, packed and dispatched to the highest standard.

Working closely with the Logistics Manager and production team, you will help maintain an organised warehouse while ensuring all incoming and outgoing freight is managed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch customer orders to the highest standard.

• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, including long and oversized steel products.

• Organise and stage orders ready for dispatch.

• Coordinate freight collections with transport providers.

• Receive and inspect incoming goods.

• Store and retrieve materials from warehouse racking safely and efficiently.

• Operate saws and other steel processing equipment safely.

• Complete quality checks before products leave the facility.

• Assist with stock control and warehouse organisation.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised work environment.

• Work closely with production staff to meet customer delivery deadlines.

• Follow all company quality and workplace health and safety procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing environment (steel or engineering experience highly regarded).

• A current Forklift Licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

• Experience handling long and oversized steel products.

• Experience operating warehouse and manufacturing equipment.

• Ability to accurately use measuring equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• A commitment to workplace safety.
