We are seeking an experienced Qualified Fabricator/Welder to join our busy workshop. Specialising in heavy vehicle repairs, modifications and new builds, we work on a diverse range of trucks and trailers across multiple industries.

About the RoleAs part of our workshop team, your responsibilities will include:• Aluminium trailer body repairs and fabrication• Chassis repairs, strengthening and modifications• New truck body builds and fit-outs• MIG welding on steel and aluminium• Reading workshop drawings and fabricating components• General fabrication, maintenance and repair work• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment• Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team to deliver high-quality workmanship
No two days are the same, with projects ranging from accident repairs and custom modifications through to complete truck body builds.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:• Trade qualification in Fabrication, Boilermaking or equivalent• Experience in heavy vehicle fabrication (preferred)• Strong skills in steel and aluminium fabrication and welding• Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
