Ramsay's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages; 

• Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
• Year 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Why Mt Wilga Private Hospital?

Mt Wilga Private Hospital is a dedicated 112 room rehabilitation hospital and day therapy centre, featuring modern treatment rooms, two hydrotherapy pools, and two fully equipped exercise physiology gymnasiums. As a graduate nurse, you'll gain valuable experience in a specialised rehabilitation setting while working with experienced clinicians and dedicated educators. Our structured Graduate Nurse Program provides a supportive transition to practice, with ongoing mentorship, education, and professional development opportunities. • Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing. 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027
• Hold valid Australian work rights.
