Warehouse Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Aspect Furniture Pty Ltd in Kemps Creek, NSW. This full-time role will involve supporting the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely distribution of our products to customers across Australia.

What you'll be doing

• Pick, prepare, and dispatch contracts accurately and on time.

• Follow production and installation schedules to meet delivery targets.

• Manage outwards goods, ensuring stock is correctly collated, labelled, packaged, and dispatched.

• Receive, inspect, and receipt all incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records for dispatched and received stock.

• Keep dispatch, inwards goods, and warehouse areas clean, organised, and efficient in line with 5S principles.

• Perform regular stock checks and investigate any variances.

• Communicate dispatch and tracking information to relevant internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Forklift license (desirable)

• A positive attitude and a willingness to be a team player
