We are looking for a rare breed of sparky: an experienced, customer-focused Service Electrician who possesses both sharp technical fault-finding skills and excellent sales know-how. About the Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Completing high-quality residential and light commercial service, maintenance, and installations.

• Diagnosing complex electrical faults and presenting smart, practical, long-term solutions.

• Consultative Value Creation: Discussing with clients, assessing their homes/businesses, and identifying safety upgrades, energy-efficient solutions, or necessary repairs to grow ticket sizes.

• Using ServiceTitan to present tiered options, build clear recommendations, and confidently close sales on-site.

• Keeping accurate digital job notes, photos, and records via your company iPad.

• Mentoring and supporting the team's apprentices .

About You
To hit the ground running, you will need:

• A current ACT Electrical Licence and valid Australian Driver’s Licence.

• Strong fault-finding skills with solid experience in residential service work.

• Sales Acumen: You understand how to talk to people, handle objections, uncover customer needs, and close sales without being "pushy."

• Exceptional communication skills—you are friendly, professional, and confident explaining work and pricing to homeowners and businesses.

• A positive, reliable attitude and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
