Cinex Plastics Pty Ltd Business Address: Braeside, Victoria 3195 Position Title: Full-time ICT Support Technician Salary: AUD $80,000 + Superannuation Cinex Plastics Pty Ltd operates a manufacturing facility in Braeside, Victoria, utilising computerised systems, production equipment and business applications across its manufacturing, quality control, inventory, sales, administration and customer service functions. Due to the technology-dependent nature of its manufacturing and business operations, Cinex Plastics is seeking an experienced and technically capable ICT Support Technician to support and maintain its ICT systems, equipment and applications and provide timely technical assistance to employees across the business. Tasks include:

Skill level required: Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification. Minimum one year of relevant experience in ICT technical support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network support and user assistance. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
