Skills And Experience

We are currently seeking a HSEQ Advisor to provide support to Health & Safety within NSW with projects varying from $1M – $80M.

Providing insight to Project Managers on projects in regard to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality issues.

Providing expert assistance, guidance, and direction to staff in accordance with relevant standards, codes of practice or best practice via the implementation of an integrated and effective HSEQ system.

Monitor and manage all hazard reporting as required on various construction sites.

Design hazard/risk mitigation strategies

Investigate and report on accidents and related incidents, recommending any changes that may be necessary.

Monitor, review and report any HSEQ issues to Senior Management.

Continued development and implementation of proactive risk management strategies for onsite operations, via risk assessment processes, audits, safety system implementation and the promotion of safe behaviour values

Provide effective delivery and implementation of HSEQ services and systems

Coordinating and maintaining records to ensure workers are compliant

Coordinate / Document and support on-site audits across the business.
