About the role
About the role
This is a hybrid office/field role. You'll be the central point coordinating our service and maintenance jobs across four core areas of our business: washbay and water recycling systems, range automation technology, simulators, and high safety netting. Because our work spans electrical, automation, and plumbing-adjacent systems, we're looking for someone with genuine hands-on trade experience who can talk the language of our technicians and troubleshoot issues over the phone or in person when needed. You won't be stuck behind a desk full-time — this role suits someone who's happy coordinating jobs most of the week but is equally comfortable jumping in a vehicle to visit a site, assess a fault, or lend a hand when something needs a technical eye.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule service, repair, and maintenance jobs across metro and regional sites, spanning washbay systems, range automation, simulators, and safety netting
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service requests, job status, and follow-up
Liaise with field technicians, riggers, and EWP operators to plan efficient job runs and allocate the right people and equipment to each job
Assess incoming service requests and provide a first-level technical diagnosis where possible — electrical faults, PLC/automation issues, water recycling and plumbing problems, or simulator/hardware faults
Coordinate servicing of washbay water recycling systems, including pumps, filtration, and treatment components
Coordinate maintenance and fault resolution for range automation equipment such as auto tee systems, ball dispensers, and ball tracking technology
Coordinate servicing and troubleshooting of golf simulators and launch monitor systems
Coordinate inspection, repair, and maintenance of high safety netting and fencing installations
Source parts, materials, and equipment required for service jobs, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers as needed
Maintain accurate job records, service history, and maintenance schedules for client sites
About you
Trade background as a hands-on technician — electrical, mechanical, or plumbing trade experience essential
Experience with or strong working knowledge of PLC/automation systems highly favourable
Plumbing knowledge favourable — particularly water recycling, filtration, pumps, irrigation, or drainage systems
Exposure to simulator, launch monitor, or similar electronic/AV equipment is a bonus, though not essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple jobs, crews, and client requests at once
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, and field crews
Problem-solving mindset — able to talk technicians through a fault or make a call on the best approach to a job
Proficiency with scheduling software, job management systems, and general computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/job management platforms)
A safety-first mindset with sound understanding of WHS obligations in a field-service environment
Valid Australian driver's licence
