About the role
The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) Quality and Improvement (QI) team is seeking a Quality and Improvement Manager to help strengthen our commitment to Safe, Timely, Equitable and Person-centred care. This role plays a key part in enabling safer care, improving patient outcomes and building a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with clinical services and colleagues across RMH, you will lead the delivery of a contemporary Whole System Quality framework, supporting teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, improve processes and embed evidence-based practices.
Drawing on your experience in whole system quality, co-design and clinical governance, you will lead a team of quality and safety specialists across quality partnerships and planning, patient safety and clinical risk management, quality improvement, and organisation-wide capability building.
