Physiotherapist | West End, Brisbane | $90,000 – $130,000 + Commission + Bonus

We have built something special in West End and we're looking for the right physiotherapist to grow with us.

Brisbane Physiotherapy & Podiatry is a purpose-built, architecturally designed private practice with large private treatment rooms and a fully equipped onsite gym located in the award winning 'West Village Shopping Precinct.'

We are looking for a physiotherapist who values long-term patient relationships, evidence-based care and a clinic that genuinely invests in its people.

What this role offers

• $90,000 – $130,000 base salary plus fortnightly commission and monthly performance bonuses — one of the stronger packages available in Brisbane private practice

• Varied private caseload: sports, orthopaedics, WorkCover, DVA, CTP and NDIS — genuine variety without over-reliance on any one stream

• Reduced admin load: Heidi AI for clinical notetaking and referral letters, Physitrack for exercise prescription

• Treatment Modalities: Access to ShockWave Therapy and wireless muscle stimulation to supplement your manual and exercise therapy.

• $1,000 annual CPD allowance plus fortnightly team case discussion and individualised mentoring

• Group class opportunity: for clinicians interested in exercise-based coaching, there is scope to develop and lead group classes within the practice

About you

You are a physiotherapist who takes pride in clinical outcomes and patient relationships. You likely:

• Have at least two years of private practice experience

• Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team

• Value clear communication and building trust with patients over time

• Are motivated to develop a strong personal caseload and grow professionally

Experience with exercise-based rehab, strength training or group exercise is well regarded — but the most important thing is that you care about doing good work.
