Lubricant Specialists Australia (LSA) is a leading supplier of premium lubricants for Automotive, Mining, and Agriculture industries. With branches across the country, LSA is experiencing rapid growth, underpinned by strong investment in people, systems, and resources.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Moorebank. This is a fantastic opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and develop expertise in a specialized field.

As the Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day branch operations. This is a diverse position involving a wide range of tasks critical to branch performance and customer satisfaction.

• Providing internal sales support and exceptional customer service

• Coordinating deliveries and managing stock movement

• Processing orders and assisting with inventory control

• Liaising with suppliers and freight providers

• Supporting the branch team to ensure smooth operational flow

• Interest in learning about lubricants and their applications

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience in sales, admin or warehousing (desirable but not essential)

• Full training provided – grow with an industry leader

• Supportive team environment and on-the-job mentorship

• Consistent, family-friendly hours, 38 hrs per week (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri)
