As a Major Projects Manager within our sales team, you will be the main point of contact and strategic manager of a portfolio of large-scale construction, civil and infrastructure projects, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time on customer sites, building relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting major projects from planning through to completion.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role, including:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers as they deliver large-scale construction, civil and infrastructure projects.
• Regularly visiting project sites and engaging directly with contractors and decision-makers to identify opportunities and support project outcomes.
• Acting as the Project Manager and central contact for both primary contractors and subcontractors involved in each project.
• Conducting thorough planning and opportunity analysis to align strategies across the branch and sales network.
• Analysing, reviewing and negotiating pricing structures in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Experience in a similar role within equipment hire, plant hire, construction, civil or infrastructure industries.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities in the field.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term commercial partnerships that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple customer accounts and project portfolios, with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to deliver exceptional service and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A current Driver's Licence.
• Willingness to travel across the Adelaide Metro region
