We’re looking for a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead an established dental clinic—an exciting chance to make your mark from day one.

About the Role

This is more than just management—it’s leadership with impact.

You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, working closely with the Business Manager/Owner while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting and motivating dentists, assistants, and front office staff

• Driving team performance, development, and engagement

• Managing inductions, performance reviews, and training programs

• Ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery
