Ecommerce & Marketing Manager - Marketplaces

Brand Collective is entering an exciting new chapter as we build our marketplace capability and create a new digital retail channel for our portfolio of brands

We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Marketing Manager to take the lead on trading and marketing for our new marketplace business. You’ll manage the day-to-day trade, shape the brand and build the marketing calendar, with plenty of room to influence how the business develops. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building a business, testing ideas and seeing the results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own day-to-day trading, driving sales, GMV, margin and conversion
• Set marketing strategy, brand positioning and the seasonal calendar
• Lead integrated campaigns across website, CRM, email, organic social, influencers and partnerships
• Partner with our Performance Marketing team on paid activity, and own EDM and onsite content end-to-end
• Make sure every product online is accurate, enriched and ready to convert
• Keep the site sharp, navigation, search, landing pages, merchandising and promotions
• Use data to keep improving product discovery, conversion and the customer journey
• Own budgets, forecasts and weekly reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with a small, focused ecommerce, marketing and creative team

ABOUT YOU

• 6+ years across ecommerce, digital trading or retail marketing, ideally fashion, lifestyle or multi-brand retail
• A track record trading ecommerce or digital channels and hitting sales, margin and conversion targets
• Comfortable leading and coordinating a small team across competing priorities
• Comfortable getting hands-on in Shopify, with experience using marketplace management systems a bonus
• A strategic marketer who's just as happy in the detail of a trade meeting as in a campaign brief
• Someone who wants to help build something new, not just run what's already there
