We are looking for confident, energetic and motivated person who genuinely enjoys speaking with customers and creating opportunities.

About the role

You will be contacting customers who have recently entered a competition to win rollershutters to discuss promotional opportunities booking appointments for our senior consultants.

You will be speaking with customers who already know the OzShut brand and have already expressed interest by entering a competition to win rollershutters.

Your role is to connect with customers, build rapport, create interest and generate qualified appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing OzShut customers

• Build strong customer relationships and positive interactions

• Discuss further roller shutter opportunities throughout the home

• Generate interest and book qualified appointments

• Maintain accurate customer records and notes

• Work toward achievable KPI and appointment targets

About you

• Friendly, confident and professional phone manner

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Self-Motivated, reliable and goal-oriented

• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day

• Previous phone sales, appointment setting or customer service experience highly regarded

• Able to work well within a fast-paced team environment

• Monday-Friday 8.30am-6.30pm
