About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Artisan Baker to join our production team. You'll be involved in every stage of the baking process, helping produce high-quality artisan breads and baked goods while working closely with the Head Baker and the wider production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix and shape artisan doughs by hand and machine.
• Bake breads and bakery products to the highest quality standards.
• Assist with dough fermentation, proofing and oven management.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Support the production team to ensure daily orders are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe work environment.
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout production.
• Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation and general bakery duties.
• Work efficiently as part of a collaborative team.
• Uphold Bondi Boulangerie's quality, presentation and food safety standards.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
