Role DescriptionThe Recruitment Manager / HR Manager is responsible for managing recruitment activities and supporting the organization’s overall human resources strategy and operations. The role involves workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and employee development. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring effective HR practices across the organization. The role works closely with management and department leaders to understand workforce needs, strengthen employee engagement, support organizational development, and ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.Knowledge of employment laws, workplace policies, HR procedures, and regulatory requirements.Ability to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, job descriptions, and talent pipelines.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), and recruitment platforms.Understanding of onboarding, employee development, training, compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records.Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare HR reports and workforce-related insights.Ability to work effectively with senior management, hiring managers, employees, and external recruitment partners.High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support a positive employee experience.
