Leading Hand - fascia and gutter installation

IBE Metal Fascia & Spouting are seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Fascia and Gutter Installer to join our team on a full-time basis, working on site to lead crews and deliver high-quality roof plumbing works!

Duties & responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the work carried out by on-site crews

• Installation of fascia and guttering on new residential builds

• Completion of assigned roof plumbing works

• Interpretation and application of construction plans

• Coordination and liaison with builders across active sites

Experience & attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roof plumbing or fascia and guttering installation

• Current White Card certification

• Plumbing trade qualifications for (license or registration)

• Your own tools and equipment

• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to work

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Great personal presentation and a motivated approach to quality workmanship
