The Gold Fields Gruyere Gold Project is located within the Yamarna greenstone belt, approximately 200 kilometres east of Laverton in Western Australia. We are privileged to work on the lands of the Yilka people and operate in close consultation with their community.

The Theiss mining operation at Gruyere delivers load and haul, drill and blast, crushing and screening, as well as LV/HV maintenance.

Essential Experience

Relevant Australian Recognised Trade CertMinimum of 2 years post trade experience working on heavy mining equipment - Caterpillar and Komatsu mining equipment.Good knowledge of work health and safety policies and proceduresGood leadership and people skillsBasic computer skills including JDE experience desirable.

In this role you will

Possess a positive leadership style, with exceptional time-management skills and the ability to pivot around priorities while providing guidance, assistance, and supervision to the maintenance team.Manage performance, planning servicing, repair and preventative maintenance heavy mobile mining equipment.Ensure work health and safety policies and procedures are adhered toEnsure all required paperwork is completed to a high standard by tradespeopleMust be proactive in the workplace to ensure quality work is being completedMust comply with reasonable request from the supervisor

Licences & Compliance Requirements
