Sanford Dental is a well-established and trusted dental practice located in beautiful Albany, Western Australia. As part of the Smile On Clinics network, we are continuing to grow our services while maintaining the personalised, community-focused care our patients know and value.

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy, structured environment and takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcoming patients and managing front-office enquiries

• Coordinating appointments, recalls and patient follow-ups

• Managing clinician books and maintaining efficient appointment schedules

• Presenting treatment plans, quotes and payment options

• Coordinating implant, surgical and complex treatment cases

• Liaising with clinicians, laboratories and external providers

• Preparing consent forms and maintaining accurate patient records

• Assisting patients with payment plans and available finance options

• Ensuring treatment documentation and case logistics are completed accurately and on time

• Working closely with clinicians, dental assistants and the wider administrative team

You are professional, organised and genuinely passionate about helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their dental journey.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous dental reception or treatment coordination experience

• Strong communication and patient-service skills

• An understanding of dental terminology and procedures

• Confidence discussing treatment fees and payment options

• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities

• Strong attention to detail

• A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude

• Confidence working independently during a busy rostered week
