About the role
The Community Inclusion Lead will coordinate the Community and Game Development inclusion and diversity portfolio, both internally and across the wider community. West Coast Eagles has a proud history of promoting access to the Club for everyone, including people with disabilities, immigrants and supporters from non-traditional football backgrounds. This is a hands-on role delivering Club content and events across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, and it plays an important part in the Club’s growth and innovation agenda, including the goal of 200,000 members by 2030.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Community & Game Development, responsibilities include:
Due to the nature of the industry and this role, there is an inherent requirement to work home match days, community events and activations, which will include working some evenings and weekends. This is balanced with a flexible working schedule to support employee wellbeing.

The role will suit someone with a highly collaborative style, strong cultural awareness and a genuine passion for connecting people to their club. You will be well planned, detail-focused and comfortable achieving outcomes without direct organisational authority.
