About the roleAdminister, manage and maintain Identity and Access Management systems Ping/Forgerock access manager (FRIGs, FRDS). Also support of IBM Tivoli Directory Integrated (TDI) .Process Work Orders, investigate Incidents, write incident reports, monitor Systems, address WorkOrders/Incident/Email queues, support audit with investigations and implement changes (IR's or Projects). Ensure SLA's are met.Provide SME input in change processes (IR's and Projects) and support implementation.Provide SME input in and support audits in security related processes.Support management with requests for periodical and ad-hoc reports.Actively support continuous process improvement.KPI/certificate renewal.Promote security ‎awareness to users.Support and maintain Allianz perimeter security systems, namely Identity and Access Management, for internal and external customers and ensure these systems comply with security policy and aligned with application access requirements.Consultancy with the Business and Internal customers on User Provisioning and Perimeter Security compliance issues.Meet Allianz HR standards for professional conduct, timely response to communications, telephone standards and consistent quality when dealing with internal and external customers.Provide accurate information on cost effective Identity and Access Management solutions.Provide solutions that are scalable, extensible and flexible to accommodate future business initiatives.Provide accurate cost analysis and time estimates for the development of Identity and Access Management solutions as required.Provide long term strategic input into Perimeter Security models for internal and external customers, adaptable to differing environments and Applications.Be involved in identifying options for implementing or improving continuous available solutions.Active member of the Disaster Recovery (DR) team and maintain emergency action procedures etc.Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing systems where a business initiative has not been identified. This may involve new technology, simplified processes or automating manual systems.Adherence to Allianz Change Management Procedures.Promote a high-performance culture by setting achievable deliverables, whilst maintaining an acceptable quality level. Sharing responsibility for team performance by active participation, open communication and team-based targets.Engages in collaborative practices with others and works to achieve common goals.Keep abreast of latest technical directions.Identify personal development goals and appropriate learning to achieve competency required to perform role.Actively participate in maintaining performance review. About youProfessional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with technical documenting.3 - 5 years of experience in implementing, managing and maintaining identity and access management technology preferably Forgerock/PingIdentity .3 - 5 years of experience working with Application Server technology, database queries and LDAP directory servers.Proven ability to respond to and resolve identity and access management related incidents and critical failures.Understanding of identity and access management and compliance frameworks.Good understanding of operational processes and controls.3 - 5 years’ experience of implementing and maintaining Identity and Access Management systems.Industry / vendor (Forgerock/Ping) certifications.Experience with compliance applications such as Tivoli Compliance Insight Manager.Logical understanding of Information Systems security.Broad knowledge in IT security standards.Forgerock experience strongly desirable.Forgerock/PingIdentity experience strongly desirable.
