XSL Building Pty Ltd is a residential builder who focuses in low to medium density residential projects which range from Luxury Houses, Duplex & Townhouses constructions. Our mission is to provide high quality, value for money, innovative building, and design solutions. We are looking for a full-time, reliable and well-organised professional Leading Hand / Foreman to join our company for Luxury House & Duplex projects located in Sydney Metro Areas.

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Delegated responsibilities from Construction Manager;

• Interpret building plans, engineer reports, specifications and NCC;

• Supervise subcontractors;

• Supervise direct labour;

• Set out common dimension and level control;

• Check work and subcontractor performance in relation to company management system: site safety and environmental compliance;

• To be aware of, identify, and bring to the attention of their supervisor any non-conformances with agreed and appropriate BMS procedures, quality, WHS, environmental;

• Perform “productive” work, generally as a carpenter if required;

• Prepare SWMS for non-general tasks if required;

• QA check building works;

• Maintain site diary.
