What's the role?

We are seeking a Radiographer to join our Braddon clinic on a part-time, max-term basis covering maternity leave.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Radiographer looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while further developing their skills across a variety of imaging modalities. Experience in BMD and other specialised modalities is highly regarded; however, training can be provided for the right candidate.

Working within a collaborative and patient-focused team, you will deliver high-quality imaging services and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes.

Clinical Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Performing a range of diagnostic imaging examinations including CT, Mammography, and general X-ray.Supporting specialised imaging services including BMD and other modalities as required.Delivering compassionate patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and confidentiality.Interpreting imaging requests and performing procedures in accordance with legislation, policies, and protocols.Maintaining high standards of image quality and radiation safety.Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centred team culture.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

Demonstrated CT experience and competency (highly desirable).Mammography experience and accreditation (highly desirable).Experience in BMD and/or other specialised modalities (desirable, training available).A passion for patient-centred care and excellent communication skills.The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Relevant qualification in Medical Imaging.Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence (or eligibility to obtain ACT licensing requirements).Full working rights in Australia.
