Full Stack Developer - AWS serverless - Node.js React.js

On-site role for Australian located developers only (code-test required).
What we are looking for We are looking for a passionate developer that knows how to work with the latest AWS serverless and AI technologies to help solve our customer's problems. You will be joining a fintech that is continually uplifting its platform for scale and continue to rollout new features. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter that will thrive in a multi-faceted role working primarily within AWS on backend services using Node.js, frontend using React.js or React Native and external API integrations, and DevOps. Key responsibilities include: • Writing quality reusable, testable and efficient code for low-latency, high-availability and performant applications • Maintain and develop features of existing RESTful APIs • Ensure the best possible performance and quality of the application • Create technical and API documentation using required standards • Collaborating with the team in technical design sessions and sprint planning • Evaluate and learn new technologies to deliver high quality solutions About you It is expected that the role holder will have thefollowing qualifications and experience: • Strong proficiency with Node.js and working knowledge of React.js • Job related experience with AWS serverless architecture and JavaScript SDKs • Job related experience using services such as Cognito, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS • Job related experience using AWS VPC and Networking • Job related experience using NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB • Job related experience using SQL databases, preferably MySQL, Aurora Serverless• Job related experience using fundamental design principles behind a scalable application • Job related experience with Git and CI/CD (GitHub, GitHub Actions, CodeCommit, CodePipeline) ProcessThis recruitment process for this role will include a code test then in-person co-coding session, where we will be ensuring candidates are able to verify their expertise and quality of their work.
