Warehouse Supervisor

Mining & Project Logistics – Hendra, QLD

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Mining & Project Logistics team based in Hendra.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy warehouse environment, ideal for someone who leads by example, enjoys working alongside their team, and thrives in a fast-paced operation.

• Supervising daily warehouse operations

• Leading and supporting the warehouse team

• Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers

• Operating high reach forklifts in double deep racking

• Ensuring freight is handled safely and efficiently

• Maintaining compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements

• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager

• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role (essential)

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) and Forklift High Risk Order Picker (LO) licence

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts and working with double deep racking

• Experience unloading/loading containers and trucks

• Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Full-time position

• Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays
