Team Member Position Description

San Churro Chocolateria

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Team Member to join our San Churro team. This role is responsible for helping deliver the San Churro Experience through friendly customer service, quality products, clean store presentation, and strong support across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

The role includes serving customers, taking orders, running food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, supporting order-at-table service, promoting El Social loyalty sign-ups, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area. Team Members are expected to provide positive, professional floor service and help create a great experience for every customer.

Team Members are also required to assist with product preparation, dishwashing, back-of-house cleanliness, general cleaning, stock organisation, and food safety tasks. This includes keeping dishes under control, maintaining clean benches, floors, equipment, storage areas, and following all hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.

This position requires availability for evening and late-night shifts. The ability to work shifts finishing at either 11:30pm or 12:30am is essential. Applicants must be reliable, punctual, willing to work across all areas of the store, and comfortable completing customer service, floor service, dishes, cleaning, and back-of-house duties as part of the role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $27.80 per hour
