We are a small friendly team, dedicated to providing professional and compassionate services to our devoted clients and patients.Due to growth of the business, we invite applications from experienced vet nurses for a permanent part time position involving 22 hours per week plus one in four Saturdays 830-1230pm. If you are too and would like to join us in serving our Byron Bay community with the highest standards of attention and care, check us out on https://www.facebook.com/myvetbyronbayAbout The Role Provide exceptional customer care and education to our clientsSupport our Vets with routine examinations, diagnostics and proceduresManage the admission and discharge of surgical and hospital casesProvide surgical and hospital nursing including monitoring anaestheticsConduct blood collection and testing, iv catheter placementPrepare and administer medications as requiredAssist with x-rays, ultrasounds and dental proceduresMaintain surgical and treatment areas infection controlProvide pre and post compassionate care to hospitalised casesGeneral day to day nursing duties. About You Cert IV Veterinary Nurse, with minimum two years experience post cert.
