The Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers on delivery schedules

• Communicating with Freight Companies to pick up and derliver stock

• Working with the Warehouse to assign jobs for dispatch

• Working with Installation and Service teams to commision equipment

• Backorder stock management

• Liaising with suppliers on order status

This role best suits a Logistics (or similar) graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar area.

Experience in the fitness industry would be highly regarded but not essential.

Experience with NetSuite ERP would be highly regarded by not essential.

The role will entail:

• Coordinating with teams at interstate warehouses.

• Attention to detail insuring paperwork is completed correctly.

• Professional interaction with customers. Excellent phone and written communication are a must.
