KE Select is partnering with a leading Australian full-service CRO specialising in Early Phase and Healthy Volunteer clinical trials, to appoint multiple experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across Australia.
Following significant growth and a strong pipeline of new global biotech studies, the CRO is continuing to expand its Project Management team.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out, working closely with sponsors, clinical sites and cross-functional project teams. You will be responsible for ensuring studies are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and regulatory standards, while acting as a key point of contact for clients.

This is a fully remote position, and candidates can be based anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out
• Financial management, forecasting and study budgets
• Sponsor and client relationship management
• Oversight of clinical sites and project deliverables
• Management of project timelines, risks and resources
• Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders
• Ensuring studies are delivered in accordance with GCP and applicable regulatory requirements

About You

We would particularly like to speak with candidates who have:

• 2+ years' clinical Project Management experience
• Previous experience within a CRO environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated end-to-end clinical trial management experience
• Strong financial and budget management capability
• Excellent sponsor, client and site-facing communication skills
• Experience with Early Phase and/or Healthy Volunteer studies highly regarded
• A Life Sciences, Health Sciences or related tertiary qualification

Candidates with strong clinical research experience who have transitioned from CRA positions into Project Management may also be considered.
Mandarin language capability would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
