We are expanding our site teams at Olympic Dam and Carrapateena and are seeking skilled and experienced FIFO workers across multiple disciplines.

Available Roles

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Concreters

Responsible for pouring, spreading, finishing, and curing concrete in accordance with project specifications.

• Formworkers

Responsible for setting up, assembling, and dismantling formwork and falsework for concrete structures.

• Steel Fixers

Responsible for cutting, bending, tying, and installing reinforcing steel based on drawings and structural requirements.

• Plant Operators

Responsible for operating machinery such as excavators, loaders, graders, and compactors to support civil construction activities.

Key Responsibilities (vary by role)

• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Prepare and assemble formwork, reinforcement, or concrete as required.

• Operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently (Operators).

• Perform pre-start checks and maintain equipment and tools.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with other trades, site supervisors, and project teams.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas.

• Report hazards, incidents, and progress to the Site Supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in your relevant trade or role (civil or commercial projects).

• Willing and able to work FIFO to remote project sites.

• FIFO flights provided in and out of Adelaide.

• Ability to work in remote environments and outdoor conditions.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks.

• White Card / Construction Induction Card (mandatory for all roles).

• Relevant tickets/licences (e.g., HRWL, Excavator, Loader, Forklift) highly regarded.
