About You
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
High level knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary clinical pharmacy practice and knoweldge of hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.High level ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.High level ability to provide training, direction, and guidance to health clinicians.Ability to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.This position will be required to work extended hours including weekend and on-call as per Pharmacy roster arrangements.This position may be required to work across the various facilities throughout the West Moreton Health.
