Venue Supervisor & Team Lead - Retail Arcade - Rotating day/night shifts

Team Leader/Supervisor Role

Do you possess the following?

• A genuine enjoyment working with people
• Ability to lead and motivate the team to ensure that customer experience exceeds expectations
• Ability to manage busy periods with priority on problem solving and practicality
• Work independantly during quiet times to prepare the store for peak trading
• Experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Flexibility to work around a 7 day/night roster. Most shifts are evenings and weekends.
• Must have (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Blue card) before employment commences.
