We’re looking for an experienced, customer‑obsessed Pharmacy Assistant (S2/S3) who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and enjoys delivering the signature Priceline experience — warm, engaging, and always focused on results.

As a key member of our front‑of‑shop team, you’ll help customers with OTC medicines, beauty, skincare, vitamins and everyday essentials — all while delivering the friendly, helpful service Priceline is known for.

You’ll keep the store looking amazing, support promotional campaigns, and help create an unforgettable customer experience every day.

• Delivering warm, confident customer service and product advice

• Assisting customers with S2/S3 enquiries

• Driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement

• Merchandising, stock control and maintaining a polished store presentation

• Supporting daily retail operations and working closely with the team

• Creating a welcoming, upbeat environment that customers love returning to

• S2/S3 certification

• At least 2 years’ experience in community pharmacy

• A friendly, helpful personality with a strong customer‑first mindset

• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills

• Reliable, organised and proactive — you get things done

• Knowledge in vitamins, skincare and colour cosmetics is highly advantageous

• A passion for beauty, health and retail is a big plus
