Are you an experienced hospital pharmacist with specialised skills in cancer care? Canberra Health Services is seeking a skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our Oncology and Haematology team within the world-class Canberra Region Cancer Centre. Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, medication reviews, and patient counselling.Maintain competency in chemotherapy dispensing while supporting safe, evidence-based care.Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals in a progressive, multidisciplinary environment.Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives that shape cancer pharmacy practice, including clinical trial protocols.Enjoy opportunities for professional development and specialisation.

The position is offered on site on a permanent full-time basis and includes working shifts outside of standard business hours, including weekends and on call. Candidates must be able to work these shift hours.
